The one glitch was the elevator - when I inserted the room key, our floor would not light up. Our stay began with the valet parking, where the attendant was, well, attentive, the bell staff was responsive, check in was smooth, and then we headed to the room. This place is visually amazing! The outside scale is massive, and the interior is tall, tall ceilings, art everywhere including those ceilings, and something to look at everywhere you turn.
